Please note: Local bank charges and commissions are the responsibility of the participant and must be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
The name of the conference and of each participant must be indicated on the bank transfer and fully completed registration forms should be submitted together with a copy of the bank transfer.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department.

All bookings made within 30 days of the conference must be paid by credit card. Outstanding invoices will require a credit card payment on arrival at registration and will be charged at the on-site rate.

Cancellation policy:

Any amendments or cancellations must be made in writing to the conference organizers prior to the conference.

Registration cancellations received:
until February 15, 2020 – full refund less € 60
between February 16, 2020 and May 1, 2020 – 60% refund
after May 1, 2020 – no refund

Hotel cancellations received:
 until April 30, 2020 – full refund 
 between May 1, 2020 and May 5, 2020 – one night cancellation fee
 after May 5, 2020 – no refund

Note: In case of cancellation at any stage, bank transfer handling fee (€30) will not be refunded – applicable to bank transfer payments only.

Refunds will be processed after the conference.
